Get to the other side.

Gettin to know the end
You remember the kitchen, just a corner
We were sitting on the floor. Electric.

Getting to my side of the bed.
I was ready to fall. My possession, a penknife, a pocket, a god.
You wanted something you could never protect.

A shower, instead. Diagrams of Venn. Ag durit. Dil Var. Ag durit. Il Var. Go to the left. I'll correct the other side.

Something burning. Something burning. Something burning. Something burning. Something burning. Something burning. Something burning. Something inside.

Dane, a danish, go.

Oh dear you're quite the liar. I guide a liar. Gone!

Dane, a danish, go.

Such a good friend. I, the Picture. I, the Record. I, the Producer. I.

Nene Fiesta, again and again and again

" Los Llamarada have taken the LO-FI sound that Monterrey bands seem to specialise in to the absolute extreme with their first release “The Exploding Now” on white vinyl from Ss Records in California. The combination of recording in live sessions on tape which is transferred to vinyl has achieved a sound quality that completely compliments their musical style, self described as a “super sonic din”.

In the days when technology seems to be closing in on perfect “noiseless” sound, the double distortion of Los llamarada is as stimulating as a rub-down with sonic sandpaper. This creates intense, even at first uncomfortable experience, but is ultimately invigorating for mind, body, soul and ears.

CDs are dead you say? What the hell lets bring back vinyl… and disco while we are at it!!".

Entro.

Puedo percibirlo.

Otra reseña, ahora en Victim of Time

"The debut album from Monterrey Mexico's premier primal noisesmiths, Los Llamarada has just been unleashed on SS Records. If you're even slightly intrigued by the possibility of weird sounds emanating from south of the border that could evoke the same curiosity as the Nao Wave compilations recently rendered, you should quickly seek out this album and drown yourself in it's murky noise-scapes that pull stringent and ominous tones out of the most mundane instruments available to these demented students. As a part of the colorful, yet underexposed Monterrey lo-fi psyche/punk movement, they are building a name for themselves alongside other regional curiosities like Taladro Supremo, Los Margaritos, Ruidos en el Techo, and Los Fancy Free. By creating their own style of demiurgically aberrant music distantly rooted in actual ancient mysticism cum-No Wave nihilism, it just seems so much more authentic than our domestic offerings. So much so, that it's easy to see why Mexico features so many ancient temples and ruins anticipating a divine arrival from the gods, whereas we're mainly stuck with sweaty televangelists driving gold-plated Cadillacs. Despite their lethargically submerged fidelity quotient, Los Llamarada bend their minds and instruments in such an evil, earthy fashion that your own sober mental state grows instantly muddled and disoriented with each passing track. Even as their inauspiciously barren and desolate songs lurk closer and closer to that brain-scrambling inevitable climax, you can feel your heartbeat flutter and pause with the unsettling anxiety of what comes next. While not everyone is capable of dreaming up this nightmarish crowning stroke of Mexadelic minimalism, the release of their debut album, The Exploding Now, will easily draw attention to their creative juices as they run all over the mountainous landscape of their homeland, seeping into the cracks and opening unseen doors. Is something going on here that's worth taking notice? You bet." Todd Killings, Victim of Time.

"Most recently it's been the young lads in Los Llamarada securing internet hype from the most worthy of places. Roland over at Siltblog was the first to bite into their debut long-player, The Exploding Now (SS Records, currently on fire) and Dusted's Doug Mosurak followed. Both love the group from Monterrey, Mexico, as they should. The record is quite a jarring listen through and through, as if the youngsters are learning to play and write on the spot with the tape rolling. I could throw out references to Jandek, Teenage Jesus, Cheater Slicks, etc...blah blah outsider this...but honestly, you just have to hear it. Their live show has received numerous thumbs up after only one gig in the states, including slobbering praise from Jared Phillips of Times New Viking, and this LP would get two thumbs up from me if it didn't already have me sucking on one of mine. Will end up on the year-end lists of people smarter than you. A-"

Wooden Shjips: Dance, California

The Exploding Now LP
(S-S)

"...Has an echoey feel to it like listening to an answering machine tape, and a self-taught vibe that chewed up the Fall at their most obscure, New Zealand experimentalism at its most obtuse, and a lo-fi art/pop cassette underground (or, say, Gang Gang Dance) feel that's all but dissipated in the wake of the '80s and '90s and moved straight on to structure-free realms. There is a backbone here, and its attendant skeleton has grown wild and unpruned. Resist the urge to make lazy comparisons of Los Llamarada to other bands; the stiffness in their songwriting and performance suggests that they are learning as they go along, which makes for some of the most exciting new sounds. I've listened to this one a dozen times and keep finding new things within. 600 copies, white vinyl, silkscreened sleeves. One of the most shocking and unique pieces of agitpunk since the Meta-Matics LP, but way more devastated and angered." Doug Mosurak, Dusted Magazine (New York)

Silversun Pickups - Lazy Eye

Nosotros venimos a divertirnos, a traer divisas, somos turistas.
